FAQ's relating to accounts.

Why do my P&L calculations look wrong in markets that have different price formats between the front and back months?

Why do my positions and P&L disappear at the end of the day?

When setting up customer with day and overnight margins, at what time do the overnight margins begin and end?

After setting up a new client we received an error message. When they try entering in an order the message says "Rejected, incomplete instruction details". Can you explain from where this message originates and how to correct it?

While trading foreign exchanges like Eurex I notice that my individual position P&L does not match my account P&L why is that?

Does your platform calculate spread margin? Let's say a client does a calendar spread on the ESU1. Does your risk software calculate per leg or per spread?

While trading options I notice that the account P&L is different from the sum of the Individual position P&L's?

Is it possible to trade several accounts simultaneously with CTS T4?

When Buying options How do we handle P&L loss? I know we take away the entire premium but from their buying power but how does a daily loss limit look at that value. For example, I buy an option worth 5K and have a 10k daily loss limit. Do I now have 5k of loss limit to work with or does the loss limit look at the actually P&L loss on the option?
